• One pet per portrait
• Black-and-white signature style only
• Minimalist black background
• 4:3 portrait format
• Delivered as a high-resolution digital file

The service does not include:

• Colour portraits
• Multiple pets in a single portrait
• Background scenes or environments
• Major pose reconstruction or image manipulation beyond the portrait style

The final result depends on the quality of the photo provided.

Customers are responsible for submitting an image that is:

• Clear and in focus
• Adequately lit
• Showing the pet clearly

If the submitted photo is unsuitable, Quiet Bond Portraits may request an alternative image.

Standard turnaround time is within 3 business days.

Priority delivery (24 hours) may be available as an optional upgrade.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on workload.

Due to the nature of digital creative work, refunds are generally not available once portrait work has begun.

If an order cannot be completed due to image quality or other issues, a refund may be provided at our discretion.

Quiet Bond Portraits retains the copyright of all created portraits.

Customers receive a personal use licence, allowing them to:

• Print the portrait
• Share the portrait online
• Display the portrait privately

Customers may not:

• Resell the image
• Claim authorship
• Use the portrait for commercial purposes without permission

Quiet Bond Portraits may use completed portraits for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.

• Name
